I am in a very difficult situation as my mother is very ill and is not likely to live much longer and I want to be there with her when this does happen. The problem is my E2 Visa ran out in March, but my i94 form is valid until December 2010. Is there anyway in which I would be able to go back to the UK and be allowed back into the United States due to the circumstances.
We were not in a position to renew our visas this time around in March as my baby was due in March as well. We wanted to wait until next year to renew our visas since our i94 form doesn't run out until the end of next year.
