Hi everyone
just wondered if anyone knows how to renew i94 without going out the us my husband and i are e2 visa holders and my
husband needs the date on his i94 updated

I-94 renewal

You can definitely renew your I-94 without leaving the US. My attorney just told me this few weeks ago. I do not know the form you have to file. Look on the internet if you can find something. I will do the same and will let you know if I can find it.

for e2 employee, the employer should file I-129

for e2 dependents, use form I-539
