  • Re 1-94 Extension for E 2

    Hi There

I need to extend my 1-94, on my E2 status ,Ive always used an attorney but like everyone we are all strapped for cash at present. I know I need to use the I-129 form and the filing fee is $320, but there is no mention what they require to be sent except a copy of the existing 1-94 and a passport copy etc.

I have all my business paperwork, but there is nowhere that says exactly what they want. IE business plans, 1120's, 1099's etc.

Has anyone done an i-94 extension (1797A NOTICE OF ACTION) for an E-2

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

If the original E-2 was prepared by your attorney, then request for the Entire E-2 packet from them. You can then determine by reviewing the packet and see if you can do it yourself.

      re i-94 extension for e2

why spend $320 and time on preparing documents on extension when you can buy plane ticket to canada at half the price. if your visa is still valid, you will be given a new 2-year I-94 upon reentry. just a suggestion.
