Hi All,
My H1b is with Company-A ( Consultancy company), working as a consultant for Company-B.
1) Company-B applied for my GC under EB12 category
2) Got my EAD Valid till Dec 2010 (I-140 / I-485 pending status)
3) H1b is Valid till September 2010 (end of first 3 years of H1b)
I would like to get your advise and suggestions on
1) Do i need to apply for extension of my H1b from Company-A ? during the intended time
2) Is it ok, if transfer my H1b visa to Company-B for the follow up 3 years of h1b?
Please advise with respect to H1b visa extension? As i do not want to take risk by switching to EAD and I want to keep safer backup of having H1B.
