my husband and i went to green card interview on 3/6/2020. interview went well but we were told we need to wait for another few months before getting aproval. im chinese and my partner is korean, so we used cross chargeability rule for filing E3 green card by my company. IO gave us the notice of regressed cases and we were let go. my question is, how long are we supposed to wait? my pd is in 2018 june. are we allowed to change jobs before we get approval? any estimation or suggestion is appreciated.
