Hi!
I would like to ask if it is possible for my employer to give my approved priority date to others?
We were hired by a staffing agency. We got our priority date Nov 2018, got DQed last September 2020. Last May of this year, we were told that if we want to change our location(different hospital) they need to file a new i-140. We opted to change our facility thus making us lose our DQ date. Today, we received another DQ letter from the NVC which states that our Priority Date is now May 2021.
My questions are as follows:
Is it possible for an employer to transfer our Priority Date to other applicants?
If yes? can we still retain our previous PD?
Is it also possible to retain the September 2020 DQ?
Please enlighten us on what we should do.
