    E2 visa if married to GC holder?

    It looks like E2 visa is not dual-intent visa.

    Is it going to be a problem if you are already married to GC holder (=potential intent of staying) and apply for a E2 visa? Currently staying in the US with H visa.


    If approved for E2 visa, would it a problem later getting green card through marriage based sponsorship?
