    US based C corp looking to raise some cash

    So i have a question

    I'm looking to raise some money for my small business and I was wondering if there was a market place that could match US companies with foreign investors, able to bring some cash to the table in exchange for E visa "sponsorship".

    Would this be legal? Does such a thing exist?
