I'm an entrepreneur with a basis in the EU and am currently in talks to buy a US business. Despite being early, it appears promising.
The business has more than 30 workers, more than 13 million in revenue, and 1.5 million in EBITDA. A 5–6 million enterprise value acquisition price is likely.
Has anyone dealt with the EB-5 visa before? Would purchasing an established business make me eligible for this? I've heard that it has to do with starting a new business, but we would probably start a NewCo and buy the target company's assets and business (maybe that helps with qualification?).
