Hi,
I have been in the U.S little over 10 years now, I first came here with WAT program and to changed to F1. Currently I am still have F1. For a long time I was thinking to change my visa status again to potentially to E2. In this 10 year period I was employed also had couple business I own myself. I always pay my 1099 every year without skipped. So I wanted to now what are the risks involve in my situation? I mean risks like getting deported because of violation of F1 visa. Or what would be the best option for me in my current situation?
