Five years ago, my E3 visa renewal was denied due to insufficient strong ties to Australia. However, we have since purchased a property and my wife has become a permanent resident of Australia. Will these factors satisfy the strong ties to Australia requirement? Do developerbook I need to disclose my past rejections in the DS-160, even if they are more than 5 years old? Any advice or suggestions koows for a successful echat second application would be greatly appreciated.
