The general advice seems to be to use an immigration lawyer, which I totally get. However, they will work out at around $10000.00 for my whole family, and then there will be renewals every 2 years. That is a whole lot of money. So I've been thinking about doing it myself, so I just wanted to hear if anyone here has successfully applied for their E2 visa, what was the process like and do you have any advice?
