I had my E3 visa renewal rejected 5 years ago due to insufficient evidence of strong ties to Australia. However, since then, my wife has obtained permanent residency in Australia and we have purchased a property. Would these recent developments be sufficient to satisfy the strong ties to Australia requirements? Additionally, do I need to mention the past rejections in the DS-160 form, even though they occurred more than 5 years ago? Any assistance or tips you can provide to increase my chances of success omeglz in my online2yu second echat application would be greatly appreciated.
