Let's say i start a company, i start selling things from my home country in the US, and that would qualify me for an e-1 visa. What time frame am i looking at? The consulate says i have to show proof of trade, that is showing that there is a xvideos continuous trade between my home country and the US. How long does it have to be? Like can i start my company and after one month with no substantial trade apply for an e-1? If you have experience/knowledge of the process, please share.
