As an F1 visa holder who recently completed OPT and is currently in the grace period, I would like to know the process of becoming a dependent on my husband's E1 visa as his spouse. I have already collected the following documents: 1) I-539 Change of Status form, 2) Husband's passport information, 3) Husband's visa stamping details, 4) Marriage certificate, and 5) Husband's I-94 information. What additional information would be required to complete the application filing?
