I was wonder if you could help me with a small query.
With the new regulation on 'E' visa for foreigners working in India where there monthly salary should be INR. 1,00,000.00 per month, my question to you is:
If the foreigner is of Indian origin and holds a PIO/OCI card, does the new salary criteria applies to them also or is it only for those who are working in India 'E' visa. Pls advise.
