H1-B to E-1 Dependent - Please Help!
I am currently under H1B visa, but it will expire soon. My Wife has an approved E-1 Treaty Trader Visa valid until 2012. I am filling out the form I-539 to change my visa as an E-1 Dependent. While completing the Form I-539, what should I answer on Part 3?
