Hello folks
My E-2 visa expired July 20th 2010, while under E-2 status I filed a petition for green card, Eb2, which was denied Jan 20th 2011, six months later. After the denial it took me five more months to go out the country.
Now I am in my home country.
I would like to apply for a new E-2 visa.
As far as I understand I have been eleven months out of status, but only five after the Eb2 petition was denied.
I know I may file a petition for a waiver of inadmisibility, but I do not know how to do that.
I can prepare my E-2 visa application by myself, I have done it successfully in the past, but do not know how to deal with the overstay
Any advice would be highly appreciated
