Renewal E-1 visa question about G-28 ?? without attorney is it possible?

Hi Everyone,

In the renewal E-1 visa processing, it is required form G-28 ( Notice of Entry of appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative)

I do not hire attorney (too much bad experience with them so far) or any representative.

My question is: Should I file up this form G-28 or should I leave blank.

I am confused !!!
