L2-EAD ,what to do after 90 days of application

I applied for L2-EAD on July 7th and they received it on July 9th(as per their receipt,I-797C).According to USCIS website the normal time required to get EAD is 90 DAYS/3 MONTHS.So on October 9th my application will reach 90 days mark..Till today I have no update -status shown in uscis staus tracker is "Initial Review".
I did paper filing.There was no biometric or RFE.Only update I got till date from USCIS is the i-797, which is their application receipt acknowledgement.

Anyone has any idea about what to do after 90 days ..
