  • I94 not Clear L1B

    Hello Everyone,

I landed in US on 14Sep,2012. The CBA officer stamped my I94 with a date which is not clear to me (Attached). Can someone identify the year clearly and let me know what it says 2013 (or) 2014? Also, please note that my Visa (L1B) is set to expire by Feb,2013.

If this is not clear, kindly tell how can I revalidate the I94 expiry date.

    Thanks a lot !

Looks like 2015 to me. But you can go to a CBP deferred inspection post at a nearby international airport and get it clarified.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.

Looks like Sep 13 2015. generally L1B I-94 are valid 3 Years from date of entry unless passport is expiring before that. Good to confirm from nearest CBP Office.

        Hi Raghvi,

The Passport is expiring by March, 2014.....Is it possible that they still give I94 as sep 2015?

        Thanks,
        Prabhu

In case passport expiring by March 2014 they should have given I-94 only till March 2014 but they are also humans could have been an oversight as this is a manual process. If in doubt advisable to confirm from nearest CBP office.
