L1-Blanket visa after 6yr H1B visa

I came from US last year 2011. I was on H1B visa.
Now my company filling L1-Blanket visa for me. I am going back for the same client.
Is there any issue getting visa approval?
What are the chances getting visa approval?

If you qualify for L1 you will get it. And since every case is different no one can perdict teh chances.
