L1 A individual after L1 A blanket rejection

My L1 A blanket visa application was rejected under 221g stating I need to apply under different visa category. L1 A blankets are senior management I am a project manager not senior manager. I have 10 years of experience and almost 2 years of managerial experience. The only reason my visa seemed to have been rejected is that I would manage only 6 people in US.

My question is: Can I apply for L1 A individual visa immediately? Or there is some wait time for the new application? What are the eligibility criteria for L1 A individual if blanket was recently rejected? Any other prominent rule?
