  • L2 visa interview for Canada PR holder

    Hi

I have to give my L2 visa interview soon. I hold a Canadian PR Visa, our plans to immigrate to Canada were put on hold as my wife had to travel to USA for a project. I have following questions to ask:
Should I be submitting the page which has my Canadian PR visa stamped?
In my Visa interview if asked about my plan should I mention about my PR and plan to settle down in Canada? Will this be construed as not having sufficiently strong and long-term family, social, and economic ties outside the United States?
We plan to travel to Canada in November to obtain our PR card and move there by March or April, should I disclose this?
If you have had a similar situation or know of someone in similar situation or if you can guide me on what to do, would be great if you can help me with the answers
    Rgds

    Canada PR makes no difference.
L2 does not require ties to home country.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
