Not able to book an appointment on the new website --> Help required urgently
Hello,
My interview was scheduled on 21st of Sep at the Mumbai consulate. Due to some problem I could not attend the interview on 21-Sep.
Now when my employer is trying to re-schedule an appointment for me and my dependants on the new website it throws an error "Cannot add the applicant because some or all of the information already exists in the system" and hence not able to proceed further.
My travel dept has called the usatraveldocs helpdesk many times and have send e-mails stating the problem with all details. However no response from them yet, its been four weeks now and still no luck. The manger has already written a mail to the consulate stating the problem and again no response. Every time they call the call center they receive different responses and at the end ask to send a e-mail.
I want to know if any one else had faced the same situation and also Is there a way to escalate this or personally go to some center to get this issue resolved. This seems very frustrating.
