Delay in getting L2 visa interview in Mumbai consulate

My husband got his L1b approved on 25th Sep 2012, his company thn applied for my L2 visa and dont hav an interview date yet.
They are saying that there is some technical issue with the website of Mumbai Consulate.

Wanna knw if any1 else is facing the same issue.
