My L1-B visa will expire oct 21 2012, I-94 status-may 08 2015
L2- visa stamping oct 21 2012, Got I-797A approval till may 2015
what happens if L2 wants to go india for emergency and
Wants to return USA is it possible to get Again L2 visa till may 2015 based
on I-797A Approval Please clarify...
