Please advice!!! passport not yet delivered

Hello friends,

My interview wad on 16 sep and got visa approved. Paid 300 RS to delivered my Passport and home address. Current status is "ready to pick up". Want to know are they going to deliver it at home? Or should I go and collect it personally?
