L2 visa issued but L1 still under admin processing

Hi everyone,
Ours is a strange case, My husband and I appeared for interview of his L1 and my L2 visa on the same day and we we given a pink slip with two different case numbers.
Just two weeks after the interview, my visa(l2) was issued and we even recieved the passport. But my husbands l1 visa is still not issued. In the pdf, it shows 'pending processing'. It has been 8 weeks now since we attended the interview and we are still waiting with our fingers crossed.
Did anyone hear of a case like this? Any Suggestions/advices are welcome.
