L1A blanket was rejected in India, how long L2 can stay in USA

I am on L2 visa and working. I have I-94 upto Apr 2014. And I have EAD upto Jan 2014.
My spouse has to go India for L1A blanket visa, as we have completed five years of L1B visa. My spouse L1a Visa got rejected in India.
How many days can I stay in USA legally?
Can I continue working? If yes, how long?

Without L1 in status, L2 status does not hold ground. Everyday you are staying in US without primary L1 being pressent in US is out of status for you. You should plan to leave US as soon as you can to minimize the out of status period. A long out of status status will be negative towards future visa applications.
