Vermont Service Center - operating?

Does anyone know if Vermont Service Center is operating? If they are closed due to Sandy does anyone know when would they resume?

I have responded to L1 RFE under premium and the response was accepted by USCIS on Oct 10th. But, I did not get a response yet.
Today is the 22nd day. Please share your experiences.

I guess they have resumed operation. I got my approval yesterday (2nd Nov) from Vermont center.
Hope this helps someone.
