L2 Dependent Travel to india with L1 & L2 extension approval

My L1 visa is expired on Oct 12 and my self and my wife got extension approval till OCT 12 2014. My Wife is currently in US and she wants to travel to india in May 2013.
Is she is going to face any problem when she go for VISA stamping in india with the extended petition?

Without knowing the specifics its difficult to say , but as long as you have all the documentation and are maintaining a valid L1 status she should not face any issues getting an L2.
