Need suggestions. L1-Blanket visa extension - got an RFE

Hi All,
My company filed my L1-B extension petition on Oct 19th and yesterday when I checked on USCIS site, I came to know that there is an RFE on my case. My Visa expired Dec 17, 2011. And my I-94 is going to expire on Dec 17th, 2012. Please suggest me what is the best possible way to follow. Thanks.

How long have you been in US? In my opinion the best thing to do would be to reply to RFE and also upgrade the extension request to premium to get a response in 15 Days. If you get extension good. If extension gets denied leave US before I-94 Expiry. File for H1 in April 2013 and return to US Oct 2013.

Hi Raghvi..Thanks for replying my query. I have come to US on 2009 Dec on L1-B and stayed here for 1 and half months. And then I came back here on Nov 2010. So far, its almost 2 years I have stayed in US altogether. How long it would take USICS to send the RFE envelope to my Company. Thank you.
