Question on i94 expiry vs visa expiry

Hi Friends,

My visa is getting expired on 11/28/2012. I have i94 till 2/28/2015 and same i94 validity for my Wife. Can I and my wife stay in US beyond my Visa expiration?

Note : On my I129 form, the end date of intended employment is 11/28/2012.

Assumign you are not completed full 5 Years on L1 on 11/28/2012, as logn a syou dotn leave US, you can stay till I-94 expiry or 5 Years completion on L1 whichever is earlier.

But as and when you go out of US after 11/28/2012, in order for you to return to US you will need a fresh visa stamping in order to return.
