I am the domestic partner of a L-1 visa holder which means I'm in the US on a 6 month tourist Visa (multiple entries, lasts 10 years).
My visa expires on December 19th however my plane ticket back is scheduled for December 21st. In the mean time I have to fly back to Europe tomorrow for a job interview. My question is, if I return to the US 5-6 days after the interview will:
1) I be allowed re-entry?
2) My 6 month tourist visa be extended a further 6 months so that I don't have to change my ticket and return on the 19th of December?
