L1a extension denial what next?
L1A EXTENSION DENIAL

I am very much shocked after seeing Denial Notice. We have everything what USCIS wants we invest a good amount of money
our company is strong but my attorney and me can not understand why the denial is there ...
--1. Got Visa on 1st September, 2011, Came USA on 9/11 start operation and Indian company invest and find couple of business in February
--2. Went India for 21 Dasy to get Family, start operation and hire around 13 Employee 2nd Quater of 2012.
--3. I-94 expires on 31St July 2012, We hire attorney they put file under Premium Processing for L1A extension but got RFE on 9th August.
--4. RFE replied by attorney on October 23rd,2012. The response package was very strong but unfortunately Got Denial Notice on October 31st, 2012.
Now My Question is
=================
1. Is there any opportunity to change of visa status like F1, H1b for my wife She did masters in India.
2. My daughter Passport will be expired in month of January so without status can Indian Embassy renew the Passport?
3. Should I Leave before my daughter passport get expired? My I-94 is expired on 31st July, so now my status is illegal how long i will stay here
as per my attorney she told me you can stay 180 days after Denial notice date? I am little confuse the 180 days period will start from I-94 expired
or from the date of Denial notice
4. I need to stay atleast couple of month to organize my affairs...
5. Is there any chance to get result positive after appeal
6. Can we apply for Fresh L1A ?
Very much frustrate can't understand what to do
