I'm Australian and am currently on an L1 visa, I resigned from my current job with the expectation that I would receive a job offer and could apply to stay in the US on an E3 visa when my current job finished
Since the new job offer has been delayed I'm a little stuck.
I'm not sure my options between the time of my last day at the current job and when I would actually receive a job offer and could begin the application process for an E3 visa.
I wouldn't mind just travelling around within the US, am I able to go over the border to Canada or Mexico and get a VWP and come back into the US?
