I have a few question that I would appreciate an answer to.
I had a Holiday in American July 2011. On my return a friend of mine and his father who own business interests in both England (in the form of various Pubs) and America, they are now opening a new bar in St.Cloud Florida. All based under their international company Orange Tree. They said that if I paid them £5000.00 then raising to £7000 they could get me an L1 visa (transfer of executive) to live in america and work for their company. I gave them the initial £5000 on the 22nd March 2012 and they said they would proceed with getting this set up. After various delays in the process I have become suspicious and looked on the internet and the basic consensus is that
A, It is the company that should pay the fee's and that it is illegal for the company to have used my money in the process
B, It costs less than the £7000 quoted to get the visa issued.
