L2 with EAD renew.
Hi,
My spouse is on L2 (with EAD) and working. Her EAD expired on 11/17/2012 and her L2 is valid till 12/17 (my L1 too). We applied for L1, L2 & EAD all together on 08/06 and it has been upgraded to Premium on 10/30.
On 11/01 I (L1) received an RFE and I sent the answers to my Immigrations team and they are in the processing on filiing it back.
Can someone please clarify below?
1) Can my spouse work till I (L1) receive the response on my RFE though her EAD expired on 11/17 Or as long as the USCIS's decision is pending on my L1 & L2 ?
