L1A - Blanket - Question

Dear Listers,

What are the chances of getting the L1 A blanket visa approval if you have a B1 visa and travelled to USA and stayed there for three months.
I belive in the current scenario you can only stay in USA for 28 days on a B1 Visa.

Are the chances of getting rejected is high?

Some are saying to prepare a schedul for the same to show it to the VO when the question pops up.
