Working from US facility on EAD

Hi,


I am working in a US based company in India. My wife has to travel to US on L1, Is it possible for me to work from the US facility of our company after getting the EAD? I already have L2.
I will be getting the salary in India, Do I need to pay tax to US govt?

Yes you can work on L2 only after getting EAD.

Also, any income earned globally by residents, that is resident for tax purpose, has to be reported and is taxed, if above certain limit, in US as per US income taxes. The thresholds vary based on the exemptions and varies from one to another. Advisable to check with tax expert.

Thanks for answering. I will be employed by the company in India and will not be getting the offer from same company in US. My intention is just to work from the office of our company in US.
