L1 Visa form DS-160, what should be entered for "monthly income in USD"?

While filling the DS-160 form, there were two places where we should enter salary information.

1) In "Work/Education/Training Information" section, we need to enter Monthly Salary in Local Currency
2) In "Temporary Work Visa Information" section, we need to enter Monthly Income (in USD)


What is the difference between these two? Should they be same when converted?
