    L1A to EB2 - When EAD can be expected?

    Hi,

    I have valid L1A visa until October 2014. My company is filing PERM in December 2012 in EB2 category. I will be completing my 7 years of tenure in October 2014.

    1) When can I expect EAD?
    2) Being on L1 type visa I need EAD to continue my stay. If this will not work what are other options available?
