    Travelling on L1 B Visa which will expire in 4 months time

    hi All,

    I have valid L1B visa till March -2013. I am planning to go to India in Mid Dec and Come back in Mid Jan 2013. Will I face any issue on my return? Is there any criteria on minimum valid months needed on L1 B to reenter US?
