L1A RFE regarding state wage report
Hi,
I applied for L1A visa as a 'functional manager'. I don't have any direct reports in our US office but I manage a team of offshore resources who work for our outsourcing vendor. I have received a RFE asking me to submit the state wage report for the immediate hierarchy under me. My company is planning to explain that I am managing consultants, not employees and so we don't have the state wage report. Will this reply affect the L1A approval?
