i have a L1A blanket visa which has expired in 2012. i have an extended petition valid till 2014.
wanted to check if i can go for visa stamping in US or that needs to be done outside usa only?
also i heard there is new program called "interview waiver program" where folks can send the papers and need not attend the visa interview in person. any idea on the same?
can L1A blanket visa interview be attended at any consulate in india or is it only chennai?
