L2 EAD with spouse name

I am planning to apply for EAD for me. Can I apply EAD with my husband name as the last name instead of the surname that is in my passport ? Will there be any issues if I apply with my husband name as my last name. Please respond as soon as possible. Thanks.

Note: My passport has my father's name as last name.

Your name (including last name) should be as per your passport. If you want to change it, get it changed on your passport and other documents first.
