  • Help regarding **** experience shown while filing UK visa but now want to file L1

    Hi Friends,
Last year my employer filed my UK Tier 2 ICT visa showing **** experience of one year backdated as per ICT rule. I have been told that it won't be any problem in future since it is company who will be in trouble not you. I am the stupid who agreed to that and I filed the visa, I went to UK earned money, lived happily.

But now after 1 year, I switched job with showing genuine experience (not **** one) and they are about to file my L1 or H1 visa, so I have following question. Please bare with me friends

    1. Does US embassy verify my UK visa details and is there chances they will catch my **** experience shown to UK embassy?
    2. I am in big trouble here since if I will talk to my employer then he probably throw my out/ terminate?
    3. Do you think talking to employer about this would be better solution?
    4. Why these companies don't care about there employee's future while doing such things?

I think I am in big mess friends,

I think I am in big mess friends,
It was also wrong on your part to have accepted whatever the company showed your experience to be. Whatever happened in the past cant be done anything about it now. With that said, I dont think traveling to UK on some other experience earlier will affect your current US L1.
Make sure you show true genuine experience this time. As it was with a previous employer, and you have shown true experience to current employer I dont think informing your current employer would be any use, it will only complicate things.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
