A few questions on L1 visa & its usage

1) Do they stamp the L1 visa on passport or the petition is to be carried everytime you are travelling
2) Do they mention the parent employer/org name who is sponsoring the visa, on the visa stamp ?
3) If once I get the visa I quite from my company, can I still use the L1 visa to travel on any business or personal trip (if I don’t have a B1/B2)
4) Once I join a new employer can the same old visa (if valid) be used in the new company?
