HOw to extend spouse I-94 date ?

Hi Frnds,

My L1B visa and I-94 validity as below
Visa expiry : APR 2013
I-94 expiry : APR 2015

As my I-94 is valid till APR 2015, I know I can continue working on I-94 without applying for L1-B extension.

Spouse L2 Visa; I-94

VISA expiry : APR 2013
I-94 expiry : APR 2013

Can I apply for my wife i-94 extension only based on my -94? If yes, what is the process.

Yes you can. The process is Extension of Status. You have to fill form I539 and submit before her I-94 expires. Search "USCIS I539" in Google. Keep in mind that if either of you leave US, after April 2013, you would need a fresh vsa stamping in order to enter US again.
